Today's guest, Paul Krugman, is a Distinguished Professor of Economics and a Distinguished Scholar at the Stone Center on Socio-Economic Inequality at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. In 2008, he was the sole recipient of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences for his work on international trade theory. In addition to books and professional articles, Dr. Krugman is well-known as an op-ed columnist and blogger for The New York Times.
